dbyrt...it went as high as 9.90, ya can't be too greedy. It doesn't always work this well, I was willing to hold for a few days. It came up on my BOOYA scan this week, I don't "normally" trade stocks below $30, this one looked too juicy...oops broke my own rule, bad me.

I was away last week so I had put a sell in for my SCON at $10.49

When I returned, I forgot to cancel the sell.

Guess who got the high print of the day!! It went off in premarket.

Back in SCON at $9.26

That last ditch effort came more on the heels of desperation by the bulls and short-covering by the bears. There ain't no way this market will go up tomorrow. As such, sold short the S&P 500 futures at the close.

...i've been using m4m filter w/ 20d below 0.85; rsi(2) below 5; wm% above 0.10. i monkey around with the filter if not enough hits. i've been having great success lately. most of my dd is w/ibd and chas. schwab.

anyway, i got 5k shares of cwst on 12/11 @13.52$. it closed yesterday @ 14.11$ i have a sell order at 14.50$. i'll take 5 g's a week anyday.

ham1198: would you please post or send me the exact filter you are using? With respect ... being of a precise nature .. I have a lot of difficulty understanding anything M4M posts.

Thanks ... Steve (SFMc01@aol.com)

http://forums.stockfetcher.com/sfforums/?q=view&fid=1002&tid=56719&qrid=

see my post in the above link. i just fiddle around with the numbers. increase the 20d to .90, or rsi(2) to 25.

as tro has always said, "it ain't the filter, it's how you trade" or something like that.

What a day! The market gapped down and stayed down until the incurable bulls go together in a united front and pushed it up in the afternoon. There must have been some news and it couldn't have been due to the baseball doping probe!

If you haven't already covered ure short, you better move yo ass soon 'cause it ain't looking very pretty like there's no tomorrow for us perma-bears.
