 can someone tell me how to write a filter? if you draw the OBV on a chart you will see that the blue line (OBV) crosses the (OBV EMA 10) red line, this is the filter I want, to know when this line crosses above (blue above red) can some one help! also the longer the initial base formation with the OBV right around zero, the better! thanks guys!

 Try this one:
 
 obv crossed above average volume obv(10) in the last 1 day

 Here is a couple I peek at.
 ,
 I added bollinger band(12) because the median bollinger(12) sometimes acts as a cradle when price comes down and then carries higher.
